In our Pulmonology department, complaints related to the lungs and respiratory tract are evaluated, diagnostic tests are planned, and chronic respiratory system diseases are followed up. The department provides services in the management of long-term conditions such as asthma and COPD. Treatment is planned individually, taking into account each patient's clinical status and lifestyle.
Pulmonary function tests, the evaluation of allergic respiratory conditions and the preliminary assessment of conditions such as sleep apnea are performed. Smoking cessation counseling and chronic cough assessment are also within the department's scope. Further testing or referral to the relevant specialty unit is arranged when needed.
